Old Yeller (1957)

When I first Saw Fess Parker was the father I was like oh yes this is gonna be an incredible movie. One of the best dogg-y movies to ever watch. Truly a good nature family movie living during the Prairie times. The Theme Song is such a great song, gotta see if ITUNES has the song. Travis(oldest boy) is such a great character, a son I would not mind having. Just letting you know, a hanky may be needed for this movie. 5 stars all the way and it jumped up to my #1 movie from the first 36 Disney Watched Movies.

Perri 1957

This Movie is another Disney Nature Movie about a squirrel named Perri and her survival for LIFE. What a beautiful Disney Nature movie this was and not to mention quite cute. I love Squirrels and a movie character was mentioned in this movie. You will have to watch to FIND OUT WHO. One of the best Disney Nature Movies I have seen yet. I give this 4.5 out of 5 stars. Johnny Tremain (1957)

This is my 34th  Disney Movie to watch in order and it has jumped to my 2nd favorite of the last 33 Disney Movies i have blogged. I am not much of war person but this movie not only celebrated with Great history, but you truly understand the statue of "SONS OF LIBERTY". I felt for those who have parished for the rights so that people like you and me could be living here in AMERICA today. Johnny's story is a remarkable one. I didn't know some of the things that happend to him like him being a relative to a rich wealthy family only to be disreguarded being related to. Such a remarkable lad. I love the songs that were sung. In away I was having a sense of DEJA VU. I recall seeing all the FIGHTING part before when I was in the 5th grade during a HISTORY lesson. I was wondering if I was shown parts of this movie because it has looked I had seen that before. However I LOVED IT. 5 STARS all the way. Here is a TRAILER OF THE MOVIE:

Westward Ho The Wagon

This is a great great Disney Movie. Fess Parker is truly a Remarkable actor for Disney but just like any war movie i watch is kinda scares me a little to watch Indian and Cowboys fight especially when it is a family movie but Fess Parker who plays a Med Doctor sure knows how to make peace with them. In the last 20 minutes I was holding my breath. It is a much worthy movie to watch. I know everyone will LOVE TRULY. I give it the whole 5 Star Treatment.

The Secrets Of Life (1956)

 If you are Plant or Insect Fan, this movie is for you. I am not much fan since Science, eversince childhood, is ever-so-boring to me and my eyes. Yes it is fascinating to find out how certain things live and survive of their existence, Bees, Ants and Plants just don't make me enjoy document movies just as these. Great Filming and Great Information but it is just not my forte. I give this movie 3 stars out 5.

Davy Crockett and the River Pirates(1956)

 Here is the 2nd Feature from 1956 and 31st Feature Disney Movie starring the great FESS PARKER. This guy is such a great actor, no wonder Disney Kept around for many of their movies. 

The third I have seen thus far and look OLD YELLER is a coming up soon. You may not believe, I have not yet seen this movie but i have heard such great stories. Ok back to Davy Crockett. Although

I prefer the original movie KING OF FRONTIER better than this, however this is a likeable a movie. I would have given this 5 stars but many of you know how I feel of drinking and bar scenes. This is why I gave it 4.5 stars.

There are few good songs on here. I will have to try to find the songs on ITUNES if i can to add to my Disney Collection of songs.

The Great Locomotive Chase(1956)

 My first 1956 Disney Movie is a great classic of a movie. I like this movie so much that as of right now after the First 30 movies is my #4 favorite DISNEY movie from 1937-1956. Wild thought only 30 Disney FEATURES been made through that era of time. However I must say, if you are a FAN of Civil War just as I am, you will be fascinated and impressed from this real life story based on one of the NORTH SOLDIER who wrote a book of his experience. Just gave me chills of how he is fellow soldier friends survived from the hands of the CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS. This is worth seeing for sure. I give this 5 Stars. KUDOS to the great song-singing. I wonder if there is a soundtrack from this movie?!.


The Two Best Characters In This Whole Entire Movie and for those who don't Recognize, MR. ANDREWS is guy who plays DAVY CROCKETT. Another great character of a guy.
